From 2022-2025 I served on the Board of Directors for the Latino Center of Art & Culture (LCAC) in Sacramento, CA. As a cultural organization, the LCAC has been a creative hub for contemporary visual arts, folk music, traditional dance and political activism for over 50 years. In times of threat and fear, the LCAC supports radical acts of community building and resource sharing.

In addition to being a Board member and Board Secretary, I also served as the Visual Arts Committee chair organizing gallery exhibits, co-producing a Zine Fair and supporting key institutional programming such as El Panteón, the signature Dia de los Muertos event.
